Attention all TSSS members!

TSSS will be hosting two different suturing workshops to accommodate the different skill levels of its members. Thus, please book your spot accordingly. Please bring along your own forceps and a pair of scissors. The rest will be provided by TSSS.

Basic Suturing – 12 March 2019 @13:00

The basic suturing workshop is aimed at the second- and third-year students with little to no experience in suturing. It will be an introductory course on the basic techniques you need to know. (This is a perfect opportunity for the third-years to sharpen up on their suturing skills before their OSCE.)

Advanced Suturing – 19 March 2019 @13:00

The advanced suturing workshop is aimed at the fourth- and fifth-year students who have mastered the basic skills of suturing and wishes to improve their technique.  (This is a perfect opportunity for the fifth-years to improve their suturing skills before the start of SIC.)

You are only allowed to attend this workshop if you have previously attended the basic suturing workshop. Third-year students are allowed to attend this workshop if they fulfil the aforementioned criteria.
